Q: What about samples? Are they free or do they cost extra?
A: Yes, we would like to provide samples before ordering; if thereis sample in stock, it wil be free; if the sample is from new production, we will charge some reasonable fees, butthis amount will be deducted from your first order invoice.

Q: What are your payment terms?
A: New customers typically have two payment terms: 1) 30% T/T as a deposit, with the remaining 70% payable against a copy of the Bill of Lading; 2) 100% irrevocable sight Letter of Credit. If you require any other terms, please feel free to contact us, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
